High School Musical Marathon

Mallory and Hayley were invited to a High School Musical Movie Marathon night! Their friends Breauna and Nikia Koday invited them! They were so excited! They got to wear their pajamas, bring a pillow and blanket and eat pizza while watching all three High School Musicals. This was Mallory's second Late Night with friends and Hayley's first! All day long they kept asking, "Is it five o'clock yet?" They were all smiles when it was finally time to go.

Brittney didn't quite know what to think. Scott and I took Brittney out for a hamburger at Warren's so she had her own special date with Mom and Dad. Brittney was so funny because she got a kid's meal all to herself- with her own drink- her own fries and her own toy! I wish I would have had my camera while we were eating because Brittney was so excited. She was talking the whole time we were eating (she finally had a voice and she didn't have two older sisters interrupting her all the time)! Mallory and Hayley had a wonderful time!

Late Night Bowling with the Young Single Adults

The Young Single Adults went bowling for their activity this month at Fat Cats in Ogden. We had lanes from 9:00 p.m. until midnight. Scott and I decided we would take the girls--they love being with the YSA's and they really wanted to go bowling. I made Mallory, Hayley and Brittney take naps this afternoon and I kept telling them we were not even leaving our house to go bowling until way past their bedtime! They thought they were so cool staying up soo late! We got to Fat Cats a little early and were waiting for all the young singles to come (they are always 10-30 minutes late). We were standing right by the arcade and my girls found a little Merry Go Round to play and they were very happy just to be sitting on it. Well, some lady came over and stuck a token in it because she was obviously feeling sorry for my kids because the Merry Go Round wasn't even moving. I thanked the lady and then I purchased $5 worth of tokens and our girls round around and around and around while waiting.

We were able to play two games before the night was over. The girls really had a lot of fun! Mallory got two strikes tonight while Hayley and Brittney each got one strike!! The girls really enjoyed the icies and cookie Scott bought for them to eat in between their turns. The girls held out really well being up so late (Brittney started getting tired around 11:45). They were all out in the truck on the way home! Luckily only Mallory had school the next morning and with kindergarten being only two hours on Friday's she made it through school alright. It was a fun night!! We'll need to go bowling more often just as a family!!

Brittney watching her ball roll down to the pins (they seemed to take forever at 5-6 miles per hour)

I GOT A STRIKE!!!! This is sooo much fun!--Brittney

Hayley aiming the ramp (what do you call this??) just right with Dad's help!

Waiting and hoping!!!- Scott and Mallory

Magformer Creations

Mallory and Hayley got Magformers for Christmas! They are so wonderful! They have provided hours and hours and hours of entertainment! Tonight we built creations over the top of Brittney. She was such a good sport to stay soo still on the ground while buildings were put over the top of her! Now we just need to buy the Magformer wheels so we can create more things!!

CUTE NEW HAIRCUTS!!!

I took Mallory, Hayley and Brittney to get their haircut from our next door neighbor Julie. They were so excited! I decided to have Hayley's and Brittney's really cut so everything could be evened out and hopefully grow better. Julie took about 4-5 or so inches off the back of Hayley's and almost that much off Brittney's! (We didn't get a picture of Mallory because hers really doesn't look much different--just a trim.) They both look so cute! Brittney has to show everyone and tell everyone about her new haircut! We took pictures of them today before Hayley went to Preschool!
What cuties!!

4-Wheelin' in the Front Yard!!

This afternoon, Scott was itchin' for something to do (it was his day off) so he took one of the 4-wheelers off the trailer and he and Mallory had a blast riding all over the front yard, down the street and over lots of piles of snow. They got stuck quite a few times trying to go over big piles but luckily, they were always able to get out. Brittney and Hayley were watching from the front window and Brittney wanted to get all bundled up so she could go out for a few minutes!

There's always fun when Dad's around!!

Jumping Sacks!

We have a new form of entertainment at our house--and it's cheap too! The kids grab their pillow cases, jump inside and start hopping all around the house! They fall over a lot but they are laughing so hard they don't even care--they just jump back up and continue jumping around the house!

OH the fun of being a kid!

Erin's Birthday

Mallory, Hayley and Brittney have been waiting so patiently for my birthday to arrive. The entire week before my birthday, Hayley would wake up and say "Is today your Birthday day?". This morning she was so excited!

Mallory, Hayley and Brittney all say "Happy Birthday" to me before we took Mallory to school--they were so cute! They kept asking me how old I was all day! (I'm sure everyone in Mallory's kindergarten class knows that today was my birthday and exactly how old I am--they all knew about Scott's a few months ago!).

Scott was home most of today which was really nice! He picked up an Oreo Ice Cream Cake from Baskin Robbins which we had after lunch and after dinner (and for a few days after)! It was delicious!!

My birthday present came on Saturday and Scott was so excited about it that he had me open it on Saturday night (2 days early) and he got it all put together (some new exercise equipment)!

I got birthday wishes from lots of family and some of my really good friends! It made it not so bad to turn 29 AGAIN!!!

Thanks to all for a wonderful day!
